Here at HIVIZ® Manufacturing, we specialize in offering high-quality and innovative products for the firearms market by doing what others say can’t be done. Because of this, we have expanded our Metal Injection Molding (MIM) manufacturing and CNC machining capabilities for other custom-engineered OEM work. Whether you need an individual tool, CNC component, multi-part assembly, or high-volume MIM Production, HIVIZ has the manufacturing capabilities for your project. Keeping most manufacturing processes in-house allows us to reduce costs and lead time while maintaining strict quality standards. We offer a turnkey program from start to finish that includes design for manufacturability, process management, sourcing for the best materials possible, manufacturing, and value-added secondary processing to ensure you receive the best product possible. Capabilities

Engineering

From design concept to full-scale production, our engineering team can determine the optimum design and manufacturing methods to begin the production of your parts in weeks, rather than months.

CNC Machining

With a wide range of vertical CNC Milling Machines, we can manufacture steel or plastic parts from prototypes to small and high production.

MIM (Metal Injection Molding)

Our MIM facility allows us to offer a large range of materials and sizes. We design and build most tooling in-house, and between our 5 molding machines and 3 furnaces we can accommodate annual quantities of 15,000 to 1,000,000 parts.

Plastic Injection Molding

Specializing in small to medium size components we are capable of molding a wide range of plastics to meet your needs.

Mold Manufacturing & Tool Shop

Our ability to manufacture prototypes and Injection molds in-house allows us to control every aspect of the mold manufacturing process for faster product launches.

Part Assembly & Tritium Installation

From simple two-part assemblies to complex builds, HIVIZ has the capabilities to assemble your product. Licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Committee (NRC) to possess, install, and distribute Tritium products, we can help you navigate the NRC. Use one of our pre-approved loading methods, or we can work with you in approving a method that meets your product specifications.

Quality Assurance

We pride ourselves in delivering high quality parts to our customers every time. High volume manufacturing is irrelevant if the parts do not meet specifications. Our onsite quality department allows us to reduce costly downtime, identify potential quality issues, and monitor each aspect of the manufacturing process.
